ASICS Group is accelerating organizational strengthening and talent development to maximize intellectual property capabilities across the entire organization.

In line with the mid-term management plan for 2026, which aims to transform the company into a Global Integrated Enterprise, the Intellectual Property Department is working to strengthen its organization and develop human resources with the goal of establishing a borderless collaborative system that will enable the entire ASICS Group to maximize its intellectual property capabilities. This will be achieved through the utilization of exchange opportunities such as global meetings and overseas assignments, the deployment of intellectual property personnel at overseas bases, and the use of digital tools.

ASICS Invention Incentive System

Basic Philosophy: Based on the recognition that "No company can survive without innovation," we have established an appropriate incentive plan.

At ASICS, we have established an Invention Review Committee and implemented an internal award system to enhance employees' motivation for research and development and promote innovative product development. Additionally, we have established a compensation system based on the implementation of employee inventions, as well as a reward system for patent applications and registrations.
