Way of Working
Currently, around 30 individuals with disabilities are actively contributing across various departments at ASICS. We are focused on creating an environment where each person, with their unique qualities and expertise, can perform at their best. To support this, we have enhanced our HR systems, including a full flex-time system and a combination of office and remote work, in order to establish a flexible work environment.
